Ievgenii Cherviachenko
I worked with Viktoria from December 2020 - July 2022. I observed her professional growth since late 2020 when she joined our analytical team as an entry-level analyst, straight from a grad school, and in 2,5 years made it to Sustainability analyst in an international automotive company. Overall, Viktoria demonstrated a fast growth and ability to efficiently jump into new topics. We worked together on energy reforms in Ukraine and provided consultancy services for private sector clients. She always attaches the solution, or even several, to the problem. She has strong listening and communication skills and is able to learn fast. For instance, she learned Spanish in six months and was able to discover new opportunities in private sector.
