  Conscripted as squad leader on a connectivity unit ("sambandsenhet"). Responsible for connecting the staff of a mechanised battalion to the brigade network by building/moving temporary masts. During this time, I continued my university studies at roughly 50% of ordinary study pace. Kept on pace with ordinary program by extending curriculum by 30% first year (18 ECTS) and 35% third year (21 ECTS). Due to the way the courses are distributed throughout the year I studied at as much as 180% of ordinary full time tempo some study periods.
