I had the pleasure to work with Viktor for seven years when he played a key role in establishing a new application operations team and optimising our billing operations. Viktor is an excellent leader who is capable of contributing technical expertise as well as leading a team in tough times. His open and positive mindset helped overcoming and avoiding barriers and his contribution to our common success can't be valued enough. I certainly would rely on his strengths any time again.

I have worked together with Viktor in Migration Team for almost 2 years at ITSH and I could always count on his helpfulness, accuracy and perfect work. He is very good developer, who is very dedicated to his profession, who always aims for best result. I do really hope, that we can work together again. Definitely recommended for any employer and he will surely be an added value to the company.

As a Billing Consultant and Senior Developer I'm working in an agile Scrum/DevOps team on Bechtle Clouds' RBM based billing system. Bechtle Clouds is a cloud services reseller with license (MS, Adobe, Cisco, Google etc) and usage based (Azure, AWS, GCP, Ionos etc) products in their portfolio. The endcustomers are mostly mid- and large companies from both the private and public sector. My responsibilities are: - Development of the integration layer between other Bechtle systems and the billing system. (Spring Boot, Java, Oracle SQL, Liquibase, Shell, Python) - Rating/Billing configuration: configuration of new license and usage based products, tariffs, event types with pre and postpaid options in different currencies. - Support the business analyst team: analysing billing related topics, documenting the analysis results in order to help decision making, the creation of user stories (Jira, Confluence, Wiki) and software design. - Development of Web Applications for supporting Finance/Controlling (Spring Boot, Java, Vaadin, Docker, Openshift) - Operational tasks: daily operational activities, billrun execution, analysing domain and technical problems, performance issues, bottlenecks. - 3rd level support: analysing and solving customer complaints, incidents, problems. Major tasks and achievments on the project: - Introduction of automated unit testing and integration testing (JUnit, DBUnit..), code quality measurement (SonarScanner, SonarQube) - Setup Jenkins based build, delivery and deployment pipelines for all affected projects with all related tools (Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, Nexus Repo, Apache) in a containerized environment (Docker). - Standardized the "look and feel" of the sourcecode of both the Java and Shell based applications, programs (central common functions and model classes, similar package structures, standardized configuration accessible for all used languages etc). - Introduced Liquibase based DB development and deployment.
