About the program: "Together the participating companies is offering the trainees a structured programme where they will rotate in three months periods at different hosts in order to maintain as broad experience and network as possible after completeness. The host companies gets to work with the trainee and at the same time participate in building the competence the whole industry needed to take the Swedish maritime industry to the next level." Activities: Stena Teknik - Energy efficiency. Ship performance. Newbuilding projects. TTS Marine - Structural analysis. 3D modeling. Cargo logistics study on RoPax ferries. Cargo flow simulations.
