You won't belive but Viktar is HR specialist I really had a pleasure to have an interview with. He knew everything a proper HR must know and could answer all my question related to the company, the project and the position. More of that - everything appeared to be true! That didn't feel like a boring regular conversation between an HR and a candidate. I want to admit Viktar's nice personality also he is one of the persons who really cares. At least it feels like :) No, seriously - that's what I call a professional!
