Deploying them in production by diverting competition traffic, if not required identifying the non pulsing PRIs for deletion for better utilization of resources. ● Generating leads for cross selling / up selling by Farming existing accounts ● Have been responsible for reviving the Audio Conferencing business and increasing the revenue by 3 folds in a year’s time from Rs. 20 lac to Rs. 60 lac. Monthly. ● Have been responsible for reviving the Reliance World SIM product and adding to the circle revenue. ● Bridging the gap between the External Client and Internal Customer by keeping close coordination with NHQ team / NNOC Team / Circle Resources (Billing Team, Service team, Service Delivery team, FA team, Business team) for ensuring customer delight. ● Training the Team and the New Joinees on Voice Products. ● As a special Project - Instrumental in driving the entire process of NDNC for the circle, right from educating the client / sales team / service team. Logging of the CAFs for NDNC conversion to 140 series. Maintaining and managing the data of NDNC clients. Coordination with Backend team for seamless roll out by taking appropriate downtime from client. Show less
