Keeping the record of faulty & New RMA card.• Coordinating with regional team to raise the PE & giving support remotely.’• Maintaining the services request database, RMA database, daily Cisco case history database etc.• Performing IOS UP GRADATIONS for all the Micro Pop & Major Pop (7603, 7606 & 7609) in METRO NETWORK.• Installation of MUX, UBR, Converters, at last mile for delivering services like (MPLS, ILL, NPLC,PRI)• Troubleshooting and resolution support for fault in transmission network with minimal guidance.• Technical Support for Fault restoration for Enterprise services i.e ILL, PRI, NPLC, IPLC & MPLS VPN • Coordination with MS Partner for SA/NSA activity and MTTR as per benchmark. .• Hands-on experience of various Testing Meters i.e. JDSU, Acterna, Ethernet Tester etc.• Hands on NMS experience to provision circuit and packet link in ECI/Huawei/RTN network.• Hands on experience of Router/Switch/DCN for Enterprise customer.• Providing 24*7 support for Vodafone fixed line customer, co-ordination with Vodafone NOC for activities like traffic migration, bandwidth up gradation, installation and de-installation of network equipment while planned events.
