      Working part-time from her home office she continues to write winning bids for her current employer, having previously worked full-time from their London office. Beating fierce competition for recent high value contracts, as a direct result of bids for which she had sole responsibility, the business in 2021/22 has secured:- The Guinness Partnership, servicing, repairs, and installations in domestic and communal properties, £70m over 5 years. USP included measures to tackle the heating crisis / fuel poverty (helping with Net Zero Carbon) plus improved customer digital services offer.- Metropolitan Thames Valley (MTV), Domestic servicing, repairs, and installations, £23.8m over 4 years | Communal servicing, repairs, and installations, £5.5m over 7 years.- Wandle Housing Association, gas maintenance and servicing for domestic and communal heating systems, 15m over 10 years. As incumbent of 10+ years a new Client-side housing team were looking for change and competition was strong, but her bid demonstrated a real commitment to the partnership, the reinvestment of lessons learned and added value by offering an overhaul to the ICT landscape including Mobile App for tracking operatives. She has played a hugely significant role in increasing turnover from £27m in 2017 to £50m in 2022, with the consistent successes experienced the employer now has ambitions to further increase turnover.

Key highlights:- Doubled turnover from £13m to £27m. - Secured £400m worth of new business; 96 new contracts totaling over £160m in the preceding 12 months alone. - PQQ strike rates up from 69% to 94% (fluctuating but always above 80% target).- Tender strike rates up from 39% to 71% (fluctuating but always above 40% target).- Recorded the highest ever tender strike rate by value (95%) following the successful contract award of City West Homes Lift Maintenance contract valued at £27m.- Contract Award: Brighton and Hove City Council domestic and communal gas contract worth £33m over 5 years.
