Information research surrounds Equality Law, Employment Law, Human Rights Law, Housing Law, Social and Duty of care Laws.Deliver training to new advisors and provide ongoing support and coaching to allow advice to be fluent and accurate for delivery to clients.Deliver detailed feedback, verbal and written to Advisors during 121’s, discuss any knowledge gaps identified and provide further coaching to ensure targets are met.Deliver enhanced complex training to experienced Advisors on Equality law to a standard where they can buddy new Advisors when requiredQuality monitoring of calls, dissecting advice provided and correcting where necessary on a 121 basisEvaluate business processes, operations, and discussing these with the Management Team looking at opportunities to improve the quality of the service provided for example; Call times, writing case notes, email and letter response’s supervised to meet business policies.Assess cases to ascertain intervention from the Equality Advisory Support Service.Work to identify possible strategic referrals, forwarding to the Equality and Human Rights Commission who will consider representing a client.Respond to any Subject Access Requests within the legal timeframe.
