I've always found Vikesh to reach my very highest expectations, in all manners of professional and technical competencies. I am most impressed with the way in which, in every challenge he had to address, not only did he handle it expertly, but he managed to keep a level of strong communication and leadership, enabling his entire team to grow. I've rarely seen someone who could garner so much trust and respect from his staff, as well as consistently present himself as effectively and as eloquently to the executives.
