Vikas was the Test Lead on the Transport Management System (TMS) upgrade. He was able to not only create and run the test cases across TMS, SAP and related systems but managed a team of end users to ensure SIT and UAT ran in paralllel. This approach not only reducing testing time but also sped up familiarisation and change management with the end users and a quicker business sign off. Vikas has a fabulous attention to detail and was able to chase down resolution to issues raised with the right teams very rapidly. He built a respect across the team for his expertise and ability to explain clearly what were at times complex issues.
