To upload the supporting documents and book the appointment for biometrics.• Taking instructions from clients and explaining complex legal information to clients in an easy manner to ensure understanding. Liaising with the relevant authorities on behalf of the clients.• To organise, maintain and retrieve case file as and when required; and keep checks on pending cases; Updating clients during every step of the immigration process.• Preparing invoices and monitoring time recorded against fee estimates; and managing and prioritize in-tray tasks in order of importance and deadlines.
