The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing Key Accounts of the Company, managing the daily activities of Durpro Labour Consultants based on site and ensuring that they are overseeing the daily employment and Industrial Relations requirements of Durpro Labour Broking employees. Where the client pays a monthly IR retainer, this also involves overseeing the IR aspects of the clients’ permanent staff. The consultant is required to handle all aspects of employment for the client in order for them to focus on their key business. Full labour function includes assisting with recruitment, signing on employees, managing their attendance, disciplinary and grievance matters, potential strikes and terminations.
