  Conduct regular inspection towards the work, quality and standard operating procedures. Finalising the work product according to the needs of clients. Reports and advising superiors on the product outcome according to shop drawing with the compliance of legal, safety and environment standards to fulfil the client’s needs. • Inspecting M&E works and comparing with drawings and specification. • Measuring and inspecting the quality of M&E materials. • Identifying defects and suggesting correction to meets the needs. • Monitoring progress and reporting to superior, architects and clients. • Issuance of Non-Compliance Reports to responsible person / department on the defect woks.• Responsible to highlights the changes in drawing according to site situation and liaise with consultant / RE • Study and familiar with M&E project contract documents. • Attending and contributing to design team and site meetings. • Scheduling outstanding M&E works. • Keep all records regarding works and file them properly. • Attend progress meeting weekly with architect and client. • Inspection on all test on material and work. • Clarify technical specifications for new product or equipment. • To inform superior if work is not in accordance with the specifications and drawings so that stop work order can be taken immediately.• Arrange daily task for project and monitor work progress on site • To be responsible to make sure the project handed over to the client in the time frame provided. • Clarify technical specifications for new product or equipment • Ensure the outcome meets the required regulations such as safety, health, legal and ecological. • Communicate between on office and sites for the benefits of projects.
