Vijay and I worked together on a integration between iCIMS and Workday. It was a two-way synchronization, where new hires were sent over from iCIMS to Workday to create new hires and contract workers. Further, updates in Workday were then sent back on a scheduled basis, such as terminations and synchronizations of Workday organizations and job profiles. The integration was built on Mulesoft's ESB and was deployed and managed using Cloudhub. Vijay was instrumental in making the project a success. His intimate, technical knowledge of Workday, coupled with his quick understanding of iCIMS, ensured that we were able to meet the extremely aggressive timelines imposed on the team. He was a very effective communicator both with upper management and other members of the development team. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I'd highly recommend him for any Workday or iCIMS projects.
