Determining standard and actual cost within manufacturing process including raw materials, Bought-out items & Labor charges etc. iii. Discarded and rejected products, materials that did not meet specifications iv. Identified and helped resolve production problems such as why products are not meeting standards. v. Recorded inspection and test data such as Dimensions, M.O.C, finishing, quantities and graded. vi. Recorded defects and coordinated issue resolution with management. vii. Responsible for Assembly and Testing of the products. viii. Establishing productive working relationships with engineering, Planning and design team. ix. Planning, determining, coordinating and controlling the process concerning production. x. Troubleshooting process problems and identifying solutions that reduce downtime and conservation cost. xi. Corresponding with consumers, vendors, suppliers, and in-house manufacturing facilities to ensure the design meet all requirements. xii. Recording and creating all documentation of test processes and results in accordance with consumer requirements. xiii. Monitoring all Inventory levels and submitting a monthly report to management xiv. Conducting routine analysis for raw materials, in process components and finished goods. xv.
