  Worked as electronics senior maintenance manager and as a team leader for,Engine division,gear box division,axle division.centralised paintshop,forge & foundry divisions of Tata Motors, over a period of 28 years at various level from1981 to 1999.There after as a, Maintenance head then supply chain head of heavy vehicle transmission ,a 100% subsidiary of Tata Motors for a period of 2 and 3 years respectively. Then as a production head of Gear Soft manufacturing plant for a period of 2 years. During this period have successfully completed 19 projects of shop floor Kaizen as a leader under Japanese consultants.As a supply chain head participated in cost reduction project under McKinsey. At the end worked as head of Materials Audit of Tata Motors ,Jamshedpur reporting to Plant head forover 5 years. Show less
