 Designed a student data warehouse that is being used by 14 key users to manage transportation needs of over 200000 students using MSSQL server, SQL Server Integration services. Data extraction, transformation and analyzing (ETL) of Structured and Semi-Structured data. The student data was extracted, cleaned to improve the data quality and then loaded into a relational database as a nightly batch job using Python and .NET framework.  Developed ad hoc financial and logistics reports to assist leadership team with their data analysis requirements SSRS. Developed numerous desktop and web based applications for Route Audits, Accidents and Late Buses to meet business requirements and improve efficiencies using Python, SQL server and .NET framework. As a key member of the Systems Implementation team, worked closely with school boards to define and implement processes reflecting best business practices. Designed and developed customizations, enhanced functionalities and interfaces to ensure systems meet business objectives using numerous software tools. Developed in-house ad hoc reports for Business analyst that helped easy tracking of budget and other financials. Developed Graphs/ Charts using Visualization techniques.
