There were many times he was instructing senior engineers or Architects on technology that he was either the organizational or team SME in, and they had a great respect for him and how he involved them. Vijay is a very bright software engineer and an easy person to work with. He is reliable, inquisitive, motivated, and just a overall great person that every manager wants on their team.
