      The World Gymnaestrada 2015 Helsinki was a seven-day lasting non-competitive gymnastics festival which gathered together 21,000 participants from more than 50 different countries in Helsinki. The event started on July 12th and ended on July 18th and was in terms of international participants the biggest event ever held in Finland. This worldwide Gymnastics for All event authorized by the International Gymnastics Federation is organised every four years and attracts the largest number of active participants of any FIG (International Gymnastics Federation) event. I worked part of the event's communication team. My work assignments included maintaining the event website and it's social media channels. I also took care of the media accreditation and other communicational tasks. Show less
