Spearheaded a low cost cyclonic hand vacuum called ‘UltraCyclone’ that held the positions of #1 best-selling at Walmart, #2 best-selling at Bic-Camera in Japan and #6 best-selling at T-Mall in China within the first year of launch. Created a best-selling cordless vacuum line-up that increased our market share from 10% to 25% in the UK in 2 years - helping Shark gain the #1 spot in UK vacuum market share and also becoming Shark’s most productive product globally.Defined Shark’s cordless 5-star experience by setting requirements driven by data and consumer feedback, resulting in multiple 5-star ratings for performance and reliability from Consumer Reports in the USA and Which? in the UK.Monitored on-site product builds at multiple Chinese suppliers, capturing issues in Jira and leading CAD reviews to verify changes. Rapidly innovated on vacuum concepts that mitigated previous concerns with product life, consumer pain-points and high cost which were then tested across a global consumer landscape to ensure high satisfaction and reliability in all conditions.
