Vien is definitely one of the most capable and intelligent people that have worked for me. He is one of those people that you can assign a task and know that he will work out what needs to be done and a way of doing so with only necessary guidance. He fully grasps all the concepts and products on offer and can work with other teams to implement new products so that the best result is achieved for all. He will ensure that he understands everything that he does and questions things that don’t look right to him. He is a very honest person who will tell you what he thinks and stands up for himself, his team and what he believes (in the right way). Vien has expressed an interest to work more in a BA/project role. He has run projects before and he is a natural.
