I watched her grow her depth and breadth of knowledge across the system and benefits knowledge over those years. Vidya took learnings from past projects and applied them to current work to prevent recurring issues and to eliminate rework. I was also very impressed with how Vidya had a holistic understanding of the system; most colleagues who had started out as programmer analysts had a bit of tunnel vision with their part of the system, but Vidya took her benefits domain knowledge and her understanding of the benefits system, and would apply that to make sure she understood how the SAS code needed to treat the data.
