In addition to event planning, I work closely with other WIE leaders to develop strategic plans and identify areas for improvement within the organization. I also serve as a liaison between WIE and other IEEE committees, ensuring that our events and initiatives align with the broader goals of the organization. Through my work as WIE Secretary, I have developed strong project management, communication, and leadership skills, and have gained a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by women in the engineering industry.
