I was hired by Megan in 2012 at TMG Creative as a Facility Technician and Junior Level Video Editor. When I first walked in the door for my interview, I was a little unsure, it was my first position out of school and I took the position knowing that it could be something great...and it was. TMG started out for me as a job, at a company that was doing good work for a variety of clients, doing a variety of things. Very quickly, I noticed that TMG was developing a vision for where it was and where it wanted to be. Under her lead, I noticed that the little jobs that we were doing were becoming a little bit larger, the work was becoming better and everyone was getting really excited about it. This new excitement that Megan and our team had found was the fire that started it all. Very quickly, we began producing some amazing content, for extremely large corporations, producing larger shows and larger content for the shows. We went from being the little studio that did SD and the occasional HD piece, to the little agency that could, producing super widescreen format pieces, multi-screen display motion graphics, 4K content and our work was being seen by larger and larger audiences. We saw some new positions come in, higher end producers, business development people, high end editors, animators and motion graphics artists that began to take TMG to the next level. It has been a very exciting time to be at TMG and I know that they will go far. Megan and her team are some of the greatest creative people I've ever met.
