I worked under Vida for over 5 years at the USA Network. She is not only a hardworking and respectful superior, but also a great mentor. Throughout my years, she encouraged me and helped me to grow in my position; both by offering helpful guidance and teaching me everything I needed to know about working in the television industry. Her warm heart and bright personality makes her a pleasure to work with, and helps her employees to feel confident and at ease when approaching her with any questions or concerns. Vida would be an asset to any team she was a part of.

Vida was light years ahead of herself in the 90s. I've never seen one person wear so many hats. No doubt we had tight budgets on USA Network, but she made our show look like a million bucks. She wrote, produced, directed, edited, cast and wrangled actors. She was a network onto herself! I've always wanted to work with Vida again. She made me look my best as a performer. Both literally with great shooting and lighting techniques. And pushing me to do things as a comedic actress that I had never done before. Anyone in any capacity of production that has the honor of working with Vida will see professionalism at a whole other level. Calm, cool and easy to work with, in a world with a lot of waste. Most people can only do one thing well! Anything to do with production from budget to completion, she can handle and then some. I only hope we have the chance to have some fun and make some magic again, very soon! Rhonda Shear Shear Enterprises LLC, President
