His strong business sense and ability to apply his passion for community & cause-marketing made him stand out from the beginning. Victor approaches every project with confidence & curiosity. I had the pleasure of working with Victor as his department lead for nearly 2 years while at Horizon. While I oversaw a very large department, Victor stood out among the emerging strategists early on as someone with tremendous leadership potential. He is intelligent, outgoing, collaborative, passionate, has great presence, and has all of the qualities that make a great leader. He and his team won our Media 101 competition, our company's training program/case competition, where one team is recognized for the best and most strategic plan presentation. He was also selected as one of the few entry level professionals to participate in the competitive 4As program, and his team won that competition as well. He has been very forthcoming to me and other members of leadership in seeking counsel and advice on how to get ahead and be a leader, something which many in his peer group don't readily do. I'm confident he will be doing great things and I'm waiting for the day I read about him in the news and I say, "I knew him way back when." He was a pleasure to have on my team and I'd welcome the opportunity to work with him again anytime.
