Victor was a tremendous asset to the team. He helped me get acclimated to a new market and was an advocate for all of his stakeholders - employees, partners, customers - and took what were often competing priorities and managed the resources to the best outcome possible. He exceeded expectations in managing the local trainers, managing the local budget, and ensuring that resources were ready for every delivery. He also worked very closely with the channel partners to ensure they knew what their responsibilities were, what gaps they had against program requirements, and how best to help them close those gaps and be the most impactful partners they could be in the region. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Victor again!
