I joined Made Thought when the team was just over 10 people, in the capacity of Studio Manager, a new role in the studio. The position evolved and grew with the agency. I had a 360 role, responsible for general Studio Management, Reception, HR and Recruitment. In late 2017 the studio and role evolved to include resource management. In 2019 I moved into solely covering Resource Management. I joined Made Thought when the team was just over 10 people, in the capacity of Studio Manager, a new role in the studio. The position evolved and grew with the agency. I had a 360 role, responsible for general Studio Management, Reception, HR and Recruitment.
