Vic's always been lovely over our 3 years of collaboration. Always doing her very best to smooth things up between the diverse project managers and even chasing after them to ensure freelance/contractor knew a little in advance when they are needed.       I joined Made Thought when the team was just over 10 people, in the capacity of Studio Manager, a new role in the studio. The position evolved and grew with the agency. I had a 360 role, responsible for general Studio Management, Reception, HR and Recruitment. In late 2017 the studio and role evolved to include resource management.
