I worked as the summer sales intern for DHL Express in the ELZ location, in Elizabeth, NJ. My responsibilities were both inside the office, as well as out in the field. Three days a week I completed cold calls for different MIS territories. My goal was to generate leads and schedule meetings for each sales representative. When I was in the field, I learned more about the industry went to see potential leads to convert them into opportunities.
