Email channel has grown to be the most effective and cost efficient MQL conversion channel across marketing team, accounting for 56% of all marketing conversions. In 1 year, increased unique opens from 32,574 to 138,543 (325% increase), improved YoY click-through-rate by 122%, and decreased opt-out rate by 78%. Create and manage customer-facing marketing alias for outbound marketing efforts. Marketing alias, "Claire," encourages human replies from prospective customers, averaging 30 interested human replies per month. This is a first for PrimeRevenue; previous outbound marketing efforts never generated interested human replies asking for more information. Provide weekly email analysis to marketing team, including A/B test insights, notable trends gleaned from email statistics and human replies, and propose next steps to simultaneously better serve prospective customers and accomplish corporate objectives. Oversee domain reputation management and authentication for all outbound emails. Improved domain reputation score by 22 points (from initial 77 score to current 99 score) in 6 months. Create PrimeRevenue holiday email campaign to existing customers and prospective database. The holiday email campaign executes two goals: convey approachable and thoughtful brand association and test for invalid addresses to remove from Pardot database.
