      In 2007 James Harvard was acquired by Hays plc and rebranded as Hays Pharma. The acquisition propelled the growth of business globally and offered me the opportunity and exposure to understand the very different dynamics and operating structure of a plc as opposed to that of a high growth start up. The acquisition propelled the growth of business globally and offered me the opportunity and exposure to understand the very different dynamics and operating structure of a plc as opposed to that of a high growth start up. This was an exceptionally exciting time for the business. My team worked on the gradual integration of our operational systems and the re-branding of the business from James Harvard to Hays Pharma. This was a gradual process staged over 3 years in order to not lose the loyal customer base and employee culture that had defined the business prior to its acquisition. I continued in my role as Operations and Marketing Director at Hays Pharma eventually working with Hays plc to fully integrate our systems and brand into main group.
