I established and headed up the legal function, and was responsible for legal matter management, regulatory compliance and legal risk management.I had a central role in preparing the company for the upcoming listing of the shares at Nasdaq Stockholm and had a leading role in the IPO project, including headed up the legal stream of the project.I was adjunct to and secretary in the management team, during a period when the company refined its strategy (for more high-value products and services) and divested the IPTV business area to streamline business. I was also secretary on the board and at the shareholders meeting.Tilgin was later aqcuired by Seliro AB to become part of their business, connecting smart home by innovative software solutions, enabled via service providers. Later Seliro was in turn acquired by Inteno Group.
