Victoria is an incredible Project Coordinator and an absolute joy to work with. One thing that makes her unique and contributed to her success managing projects at CUSP was her genuine care and excitement for projects/clients; taking the time to understand their business and ensure they are delivered the best solution possible, while still managing scope and expectations. She is positive in a way that makes any challenge easier to get through and each project more enjoyable to work on with her. When things get difficult she just buckles up with her can-do attitude and helps the team get to the finish line with ease. While maintaining a positive attitude, she knows how and when to have hard conversations and problem-solve with different teams who might have opposing goals. One of Victoria's greatest strengths is her organizational skills. She is a wizard with Notion, and built a system that kept our team on track and on task. She is helpful in her follow-ups and makes the project move forward without stress. I would highly recommend Victoria for any project management or accounts role at a creative agency. They would be lucky to have her!
