I have been a colleague of Victoria's for the past five years in the Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Office of the Brandywine School District. Throughout these years, I have been continually impressed with Victoria's integrity, intelligence, organization, and work ethic. Victoria is a master teacher who provides professional development to the teachers in our district on many topics and in many different formats. She is an instructional leader who cares about the growth and success for all students. She is an advocate for equity and growth for all students. Victoria consistently capitalizes on opportunities to improve her professional skills and knowledge. She is accomplished in analyzing student data and communicates effectively and professionally with all. Victoria would be asset to any institution that is lucky enough to hire her.

Victoria (Vici) Sorg is one of the most passionate educators I have had the pleasure of working with. She is a lifelong learner, a compassionate and thoughtful coworker, and a true champion for all students. The fact that former students keep in touch with her - years after she left the classroom to become an admininstrator - is a testament to the positive impact she has had on their lives.
