  My role at Employer Partnerships (At City College Norwich) is to help run events aimed at students and employers about apprenticeships. I also use Social media to promote our courses and aspects of marketing. As an Advanced Enterprise Apprentice my role is to provide employers in the private, public and third sectors with a workforce that has the enterprising skills required to compete in the future business environment. By developing the knowledge and competencies required, Enterprise apprentices will be able to enhance the productivity, profitability and competitiveness of the organisations in which they are working.
