An upbringing with practical farm experience from a family operated cattle station in central Queensland provided a sound basis to develop the skills required to understand the fundamentals of agribusiness, property and client needs.Victoria has particular property experience in the valuation of specialised agricultural assets, namely intensive animal husbandry (poultry assets and feedlots), abattoirs, cotton gins and grain processing facilities. Such experience is the result of having assisted the team on a number of large-scale portfolios, including valuations for Mortgage Security, Due Diligence and Financial Reporting Valuations.Victoria has also assisted in the valuations of pastoral/grazing operations, irrigated and dryland cropping properties, horticultural assets, forestry assets, sugar cane farms and rural lifestyle properties, throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
