Following graduation I secured the role of Football Development Office (Girls & Women's) based at Cambridgeshire FA. This role involved implementing a five year strategy aimed at increasing the number of females participating in grassroots football within the Cambridgeshire & Huntingdonshire region. During this employment, I took part in the national leadership programme with The Football Association to develop my leadership skills.
