I coached Vic on her work on the national careers helpline at bss. Vic is a highly personable and friendly colleague who is fun to work with. She has a way of putting clients at ease and building rapport quickly. Vic is skilled in helping clients to move forward postively while maintaining a human element. She is able to connect with each client as an individual. I enjoyed working with Vic as a fun, positive and genuine person who makes a great colleague and careers professional. I would definately work with Vic again and would highly recommend her.
