September 20, 2016 Subject: Victoria Majcher - Recommendation To whom it may concern, I have had the privilege of working with Victoria during my current career switch, and I wanted to take this time to personally praise Victoria for her outstanding work in her position as Recruiter for Kforce Technology Staffing. I can classify the areas in which Victoria has set herself apart from all the others in a few key areas: 1. Victoria is outstanding in her ability to be reached. Whenever I attempted to call or email her, she responded each and every time within seconds which is outstanding and helped us move through the interviewing process at a rapid rate. 2. Her emails and guidance to prepare me for my interviews were outstanding. She went out of her way to research key individuals that I would be meeting with and offered me links to their profiles on LinkedIn and the company right after I accepted the interview. This is absolutely outstanding as I have never had a recruiter do this for me. This was extremely valuable to me as it allowed me to spend less time finding information and questioning if I had found the right individuals conducting the interviews, and more time studying the information to be more effective in the interview process. 3. She offered her own time to give me a mock phone interview to help me polish my skills in personal interviewing. Again, this is something I have never come across and attests to her incredible follow through and care for her clients. This is something that wow'd me so much I had to share it with my wife and friends! 4. She sent me some sample Prove It tests for me to take on line to practice my test taking skills when I had told her I was concerned about this area of personal weakness which were again very useful to me in practicing before the interview. 5. She gave me a full agenda of the interviewers up front so I could know exactly who I was meeting with ahead of time so there were no surprises. 6. Victoria mailed me a thank you letter for going through the process with her, even though I did not get the job. Great follow through! Even though this interview did not transfer in to a position for me, this was simply because the hiring manager felt it was not a good fit. What Victoria did for me ensured that I had a solid shot at the opportunity and went way beyond in preparing me to do my best during the interview which she did incredibly. Her follow through even after the bad news came in made me feel like KForce continues to value their clients as an important element of their business, even when not actively bringing money in to the company by means of successful job placements which is noteworthy.
