Victoria has grown as quickly as the business has, and her willingness to learn and take on these new responsibilities is something to be desired in any professional. I had the pleasure of working alongside her in the same position. She is a great team player, problem solver and project manager. She then evolved and became the head of her own department. She is a true innovator in streamlining processes and practices to make a more efficient working environment. I didn't once see Victoria flustered by the demands placed on her. This can be attributed to 2 things in the main: the fact she was ahead of the curve in her planning, and therefore able to preempt questions, secondly: she is genuinely a very bright, cheery individual who thinks nothing of going the extra mile for the team/goal.
