      Responsibilities:- Management of multiple concurrent projects with the use of timelines and milestones.- Solution Design - understanding the software requirements of the client by investigating their current logistics processes (in terms of distribution from the warehouse and warehouse processes such as picking, use of staging areas, cages, loading bays, etc.) and determining how to best implement the software to suit their processes.- Integration of our TMS (Transport Management System) with the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, the WMS (Warehouse Management System) and the fleet management/tracking provider’s system which requires liaising with clients and our developers in order to create an integration specification that will be used to develop middleware and involves a high-level understanding of mark-up languages and APIs (Application Program Interfaces).- Knowledge of SQL (structured query language) and understanding of relational databases as well as the table structures specific to our software in order to write basic code to query and extract data from the database. This is an important element of investigating where problems have occurred, which aids in quicker resolution of issues.- Liaising with software developers- Creation of product manuals and updating of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).- Training- Presentation of software to potential clients- Presentation of results of projects to clients- Loading master data and configuration of software
