  Third year co-op position with York Region as an Architectural Space Design Assistant. In this role I worked in the Property Services Branch for the Space and Furniture Team as well as the Facilities and Asset Management Team. Here I updated York Region drawings using AutoCAD and ArchiBus, performed site visits, designed small office layouts for reconfigurations, worked along side other designers for major Region reconfigurations, assisted in the co-ordination of employee moves, and used Angus for accommodation networking of service requests within York Region.

  Position with the Township of Parry Sound. In this role I worked in the building department under the CBO for a four month co-op term. I worked with inspectors and planners and helped deal with new and outstanding permits. I frequently reviewed new and old plans and permit applications, participated in on site inspections, updated permit files and the online system, communicated with applicants, used my OBC and Building Code Act to assist in legal documents, and helped archive old files and drawings.
