  I work with female individuals who have many disabilities such as; eating disorders, ADHD, ADD OCD, behavioral dysfunctions, attachment disorders, personality disorders just to name a few.   Assisting individuals from the age of 2 1/2 to 59 1/2 years old, by preparing their daily needs to be met through/by getting them done by assisting them with getting a caregiver to meet their daily needs. Yearly assessments are done through a Determination of Needs through the State of Illinois to qualify for the services. Assisting individuals to have disability needs met through ex: scooter, meals on wheels, nursing needs, medication assistance, getting to and from their physician appointments, having a ramp built to secure their mobility of leaving to and from their home just to name a few. Holding fraudulent court hearings on/for the State of Illinois; to provide the adequate level of information needed for the case. Once a decision is made; the customer is able to accept the decision or re-apply through the Department of Human Services through the State of Illinois. Show less
