  I worked with Berry Recruitment’s largest industrial client, Tablogix, in a high pressured and fast paced environment. - Secured new contracts and extended existing accounts. - Scheduled appointments and conducted interviews with potential temporary staff and carried out Health and Safety and work related inductions on site for all staff members. - Checked in temporary staff on-site for the 6am and 2pm shifts and replaced and recruited extra temps at short notice, frequently outside of standard office hours. - Dealt with increased requirements during peak seasons. - Creating my position as On-Site Coordinator and increased our temporary staff at Tablogix by up to eight times, to over eighty temps. - Corresponded with two other recruitment agencies and coordinated their staff on site. - Held weekly meetings with managers at Tablogix and Berry Recruitment acting upon any requirements, improvements and issues as they arose.
