At the heart of Smart Works sits a career coaching, dressing and interview preparation service, delivered both in person and remotely.We coach unemployed women who are actively looking for work, as well as supporting women by providing an interview-appropriate outfit to wear to their job interview (theirs to keep) and one-to-one interview preparation training. Smart Works enables women to feel more confident and start believing in their own ability to succeed.All of our Smart Works service delivery is provided by our team of over 40 highly skilled, fully trained volunteers and all our stock is donated through other working women or comes direct from our retail partners such as Hobbs, Next, Whistles, Evans, Marks & Spencer and John Lewis & Partners.The time our clients spend with us is transformative. We are incredibly proud to report that of the clients we were able to contact, 70% have gone on to succeed at their job interview! Show less
