Case Study 1: Victoria worked with ABG to set a transformation plan covering all business units towards preparing the company for investment and growth. Project included: o Work with all departments to identify action points to improve systems, workflow, governance and record keeping. o Set a detailed schedule and timeline for improvements. o Allocate KPI’s and person responsible. o Identify key reporting requirements and ensure reports correctly set up in ERP Case Study 2: Victoria was implanted to Track24 international group of companies while it was raising funding and launching a new SAS product. Whilst there she implemented many changes to steam line business processes and improve systems. Projects included: o Work with Finance team and internal Engineering team to automate monthly billing, creating time and cost savings. o Introduce AR systems and reporting, improving debt recovery o Set up software to perform group consolidation leaving more time for high level business analysis and decision making. o Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations set by OECD. o Introduce online stock management system. Improve accuracy of inventory pricing / location data.
