Worked with a few key personnel to analyze, establish and document the effective introduction of Agile methodologies within the Headquarter Air Force Information Management Enterprise Business Solutions (HAF/IME) organization. •One Voice is a document management and process automation system that manages position papers and policy statements for the Air Force headquarters so they can ensure a consistent view and message is publicized on a broad range of topics. I created an automated regression testing process, rolled it out to the team and led hand’s-on testing efforts. •SMARTS was a job-tracking tool built for the Air Force’s Multi-Media division. It allowed users to request various types of media-based jobs, such as printed material, awards, request an event photographer or portraits, development of videos. Once requested, all information pertaining to the job was tracked in the application—from costs to deadlines. Each type of media and each department had different workflows, which required a flexible implementation. I was responsible for eliciting acceptance criteria from the stakeholders, understanding the priorities and developing the tests needed to ensure the project met the requirements. •DORS was a tool utilized by the Department of Defense/Office of Public Affairs that provided a public-facing web site from which members of the public could request outreach services. The tool also provided tracking of those requests and business rules by military branch to enforce/guide policies. This was a heavily agile process and I was responsible for developing the user stories and writing the tests and executing them for the team.•Participated in daily stand-up meetings (“daily scrum”) to share task status, confirm commitment on progress, and indicate blocks, Led the test team’s effort to manage regression testing effort using Version One.
