This publication focused on capturing the existing companies in industry, as well as what differentiates them. It included in-depth case studies on some of the larger and more tenured companies, highlighting success factors and mission-driven vision. This report was published to capture the boom in companies entering the Wellbeing Market in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and hopes to emphasize the importance of employee well-being within the workplace. It also suggests how other institutions can utilize data to drive an increasingly employee-centric culture as they navigate at return to work.
