  - I work with senior leadership to create the layout for events with youths age 15-25. - Completing stakeholder meeting minutes and distributing with action owners - Sensitivity in handling confidential issues. - I give administrative support to other departments who are participating in the events and share creative ideas to increase membership. - During the event, I am making sure everything is running smoothly, making sure departments performing on stage are on time. -I work alongside hotel staff in making sure the venue is to up to standard including the lighting, temperature and staging. We have had events in hotels such as, Park Plaza, Jumeirah, Hilton, London city, The Montcalm and many more elite hotels. Our events fills up to 500+ seats and our biggest event on New Years Eve fills over 1000+ seats. - Developing project strategies - Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable -Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution - Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules It is a demanding role, I am one of the first in and the last out. It is very rewarding, especially when you see the happy faces of people in the audience as they enjoy the event. This was a promotional role from leading a great department- sanctuary cleaning.
